All our packaging is 100% recycled, recyclable and compostable (excluding the very rare occasions where our usual stock is unavailable). Your print will be backed with mount board, and will travel to you in a sturdy, backed cardboard envelope.

Please allow up to 4 working days for delivery. Your print is coming to you from the wilds of the North York Moors. As we live rurally, we only visit the post office twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This helps both the planet and our energy, so please allow up to 4 working days for delivery. If you do need something by a certain date, please contact us and we'll see if we can help.

Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding cancellations, returns or any other problems. We accept returns within 28 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and packaged carefully for return postage.
