Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

PRICES
We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT. Any changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

RECEIPT OF ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you have placed an order with us you will receive a receipt confirmation email. This should be kept in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact nettlecottageprints@gmail.com and we will investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.

Any use of this website, its images or content, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Nettle Cottage Prints.

DELIVERY
Deliveries in the UK will be made by the Post Office Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please note due to the rural location prints will only be sent out twice a week.

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.

JURISDICTION
The contents of this website and any contract resulting from its use are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with the goods for any reason, just send them back to us (unused and undamaged with the original packaging) within 14 days and we’ll refund or replace them.

Postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded except where an item is faulty or the delivered order is incorrect.

Refunds will be made via the same method of payment used to purchase the goods once we receive the goods back from you at our premises.

If you are not able to return the goods in a perfect condition or without the original packaging then we may charge you for any reduction in value of the goods as a result.

You will be responsible for all returned goods until they reach our premises. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage certificate or other means of verifying carriage to our premises when returning any part of you order.

Please note your right to return goods does not apply on personalised items, special orders or gift vouchers all of which can only be returned or exchanged if faulty.

None of the above will affect your statutory rights.
